Room no shower water, had to use another room to shower, no other rooms available as were either broken or dirty. Out balcony door didn't close, so no secure.

The location is good, and it has three pools. It was pretty quiet, which was good for us, but there aren’t many sunlounges and outside seating areas for when it’s busier. The staff are lovely, and the food was decent.

We paid a lot more than other seem to have paid. The rooms weren’t very clean, especially bathrooms and bedding. The pools all had visible green slimy residue on the tiles, taps sprayed in every direction besides into the sinks. I had to unclog the bath drain using their complimentary toothbrushes so that the shower water would drain. The pavers around the main pool are very uneven, dangerous in some places. The whole breakfast area was coated in a layer of grease, making the floor very slippery and everything you touched sticky. The playground shown in photos online doesn’t exist.

This was my 3rd time here and love this place. Location is great, laundry across the road, taxis at the door, beach at the back door, everything you need is right there The gardens were lovely (February and march) Love the squirrel's happy but disappointed

The maintenance is very poor, and it needs upgrading and freshening the furniture Breakfast is very poor compared to other places Both times I've been here they firstly downgraded what I paid for.... disappointed 😞

The staff are beautiful the surroundings and location beautiful

Unfortunately again I had problems with no water or no hot water at times

The pool was a lovely temperature

Everything ! Especially the breakfast on offer, absolutely putrid.
