The island is beautiful, with some nice snorkeling spots where you can see plenty of fish, though most of the coral is damaged or dead. The local staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious with generous portions. The outdoor shower is also a lovely touch.

The pictures make it seem like a tropical, calm, and relaxing escape, but the island is very small and crowded with lots of huts, meaning lots of people. It doesn’t feel like a secluded island getaway but more like a hostel on the beach. Hygiene was also a bit an issue we found animal droppings on our bed. While we understand sleeping in a hut in nature comes with these challenges, we stayed for four nights, and the manager couldn’t provide fresh sheets. Overall, we found the accommodation overpriced for what it offered. If you’re looking for a quieter and calmer stay, we’d recommend Ira Bungalows on Tambarat Island instead.

Everything except the price for just one person lol and the long distance to get there (also expensive just for one). The place is sustainable, simple and basic in order to protect the island and the corals around. Yet, it has everything you need! The place is beatiful , the island is beatiful! The staff is amazing. Michael, the diving instructor, is amazing. His boat "Karolina" is super! You can even take your open water course there or do a liveaboard. Good spots to dive and snorkeling. The food was Great... with simple things they do amazing dishes. The pizza night is really good! Tailana will be in my heart forever.

What a dream this place is. If the team read this, thank you so much for being so lovely. The vibe is great, the island gorgeous and you get the real little island feel. edo... That man can cook! Communal dining is great and you never have to wait long for food. Hardly any mosquitos (Palambak was insane by comparison!) and the huts were really cute. Outdoor bathroom was shared but really clean. So much effort, we just loved it 💜 We really realised.how much we loved it the moment we went to another island. Nothing really, it's basic but then people are ready for that. Maybe talk though some of the day trip options, I think we would have done one of we'd been told what they entail, rather than just a list.

Stunning tropical island that’s well looked after. Accommodation is basic but it’s all you need. Well designed and picturesque. The food is amazing, very tasty and always different for our 5 nights. Especially loved the wood fire pizzas. Diving facilities are great - was able to complete open water qualification during the stay. Michael was very accommodating and great company. All the staff are very friendly and all around well run report.

Can get very humid and difficult to sleep at times when the fan doesn’t run all night. Could also do with a fan in the dining area. Most nights were fine.

The people who work there are absolutely lovely! They make the stay really enjoyable. We will miss them! It is a small island but has everything, even a jungle track that leads you to the different beaches around the island in just a few minutes. The beach in front of the huts (we had number 2, small but very cool hut just next to the really cool outdoor shower) is fabulous, and especially the coral and fish are great. There are two snorcheling spots that were great, we didn't find any other ones around the Banyaks that were nearly as good. Also the diving school offers uncomplicated and safe dives. The island seems to be well run, looks after the eco-system. We will definitely recommend.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. The cook Edo really loves cooking and the food was amazing. We could have stayed for a whole week
