Rooms without soundproofing.Wind blows between doors and it is very noisy. There is a stone quarry down the hill and trucks going up the hill day and night, weekend included. Not possible to sleep without earplugs or enjoy the view of the balcony in peace. The room is big but not practical. A huge square bathtub almost 1meter high occupies the middle of the room always on the way to the shower and toilette. No place for big suitcases, no refrigerator, etc.No restaurants in the area and no place to walk unless you take a car or walk in the middle of the traffic.We walked and were attacked by dogs. Not recommended for more than 1 night, watch the view, do the trekking and move on.

MYThe service was exceptional throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The highlight was the breathtaking view of Mount Agung, Mount Abang, and Mount Batur, which made waking up each morning a truly memorable experience. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
Very little to dislike. If I had to mention one thing, the access road can be a bit challenging for first-time visitors, but it is well worth the journey once you arrive.
AUStaff are delightful and food very good. Room on 2nd floor had great views. Pool area is beautiful. Trip to Trunyan and the special cemetery was a highlight.
Stairs, no lifts, and traffic noise. Ok if you take Blutak.
IDOnly the location was ok, despite it is near the road full of heavy trucks
Very dirty, the room was flooded, animal shit right on the chair, garbage everywhere in the garden and the hot plunge was cold
AEVery tranquil and calming place with unforgettable view to Batur. Restaurant didn't disappoint, food was delicious with life music.
