Restaurant, great food, good staff, nice view from the balcony.

Good location and the view from the balcony was amazing, especially in the morning when sun was getting out. The design and the colors of the room were amazing , as well in the bathroom… lovely shower as well 🙏🏼 Upstairs was a pool area with a bar and kitchen with a great menu 👍

Maybe the breakfast menu could be little bit more comprehensive with selection of different coffees. Also multigrain sourdough would have been better choice than the white bread

Very noisy… it s not hotel mistake cause it s a main road but be prepared to sleep in earplugs

Flott utsikt. Romslig villa for to personer

Kunne gjerne vært noen ekstra vannflasker da det var et stykke til nærmeste butikk. Kunne også vært en ekstra panne til å koke vann eller suppe. Da vi skulle vaske stekepannen hadde det vært fint med varmt vann og såpe. Stedet lå like nedenfor veien, no som gjør at man kan høre scootere og lastebiler.

The staff is kind, friendly, helpful The view is world class extraordinary: volcano, lake, mountains, swimming pools… Our villa had a warm water pool, overlooking the valley Delicious breakfast with many options and large portions Multiple delicious restaurants and cafes within 5 minute drive with free shuttle from hotel Dedicated safe walking path from villa to hotel lobby with a stunning view The villa was fully furnished and wonderfully comfortable for 4 people We didn’t have any issues with flies (very few), and not a single mosquito Since the altitude is over 1000m the weather is just the right temperature - not too hot or too cold Internet speeds were perfectly satisfactory for us for watching netflix and other streaming

A frog got into our house one night and we had to remove it ourselves because the staff didn’t respond to our calls The house finishes are quite poor, all the doors have gaps, wall paint stains and whatnot The path to walk to the hotel lobby is steep, not recommended for elderly or disabled, but the staff can pick you up by car or scooter Nothing accessible at a walking distance, but the hotel provides free shuttles to town None of these issues affected our enjoyment and it’s still a 10/10 for us!!!

Uitzicht is mooi

Er veel vliegen en heel erg duur voor wat je krijgt. Ik moest ruim 27 euro per nacht bij betalen voor mijn dochter van 5 jaar en dan kreeg ze een matras op de grond.
