USOne indoor restaurant and one outdoor by the pool. Both have a great view of Lake Batur and surrounding mountains. Food is very well prepared and presented.
The location is not suitable for walking to nearby restaurants etc.

My view was of a dusty dry garden. I think it will get planted out soon. I got a great bathtub in my room would be great for couples
AUThe view and staff were amazing, especially Diana was super friendly. However the building is almost 4 years old and falling apart. Food quality and taste was the biggest let down unfortunately. Although I have complaints; this hotel has incredible views and has the potential to be so much more.
Food was low quality and lacked taste. Building is in need to serious repairs and black mould removal. Our balcony door could barely close and wouldn’t lock. Blinds are needed in the breakfast room as the sun is very intense in the morning. Housekeeping staff didn’t lock our door after their daily housekeeping.
USIt was unique compared to other places I had stayed.
The lock to the room door was too close to the door handle making it cumbersome when unlocking or locking the door. You also must use the key to lock the door when you’re in the room.
USThe view was unreal. I stayed in the second floor corner suite. Amazing is an understatement! The pool was just as beautiful. The bed was comfy and clean. The staff were so very kind and helpful. They even arranged for a driver the next day.
The only thing we didn’t like was we didn’t stay longer!
The hotel was an amazing place to stay overlooking Mount Batur & Lake Batur. The staff were very friendly, rooms were well cleaned & the restaurant views & pool views were breathtaking.

Noisy and busy location, not as pictured in photos. Villagers everywhere, can’t let you be, just taxing you wherever you go, whatever you to do.

Dit hotel is het net niet: mooie kamer maar water loopt niet weg uit de douche, prachtige rooftop maar slechts één tafel buiten, mooi gebouw maar slecht onderhouden, mooi restaurant maar smakeloos eten, staff die echt hun best doen maar het niet helemaal waarmaken. Het heeft potentie maar heeft echt werk nodig.
