The noise… halfway up a steep hill with the road wrapping around the property and trucks running past all day & night. The finishings… the room looks nice, but plenty of issues when you look closer.

AEPerfect location for Mount Batur hiking. The staff were very friendly and helped arrange everything we needed, including hiking and bikes. The view from the Mountain View room is amazing. No AC, but not needed as it’s cool in the mountains.
