"We didn’t stay had to find our own alternative accommodation in the middle of the night"

We had no power from the time we first checked in to our pool villa, couldn’t fix and had no room for us to move to, Manager was not helpful at all.

21 on Kajeng was a heavenly experience for me. peaceful, beautifully decorated inside and out... delicious breakfasts, poolside and smiling, friendly staff to give the most wonderful feeling and comfort. Off the beaten track from the busy streets, Kajeng offers a tranquility that is rare and precious! i will most certainly recommend this beautiful hotel/villa to my family and friends! thank you , AGAIN for a perfect stay in Ubud! Die Lage in Ubud ist top. Wer den Verkehr auf Bali und im besonderen in Ubud kennt, wird die Lage zu schätzen wissen. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen und trotzdem extrem ruhig gelegen. Kein Verkehrslärm, volle Privatsphäre. Wir hatten eine Suite mit privatem Pool. Sehr empfehlenswert. Erfrischung pur. Das Personal war ebenfalls top. Sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke Putu für die Organisation unseres Guides und der Transporte.

Kleine Dinge kann man immer bemängeln; sie haben aber den Gesamteindruck nicht gestört. Das Hotel hat unsere Hinweise gerne aufgenommen.

The hotel is beautiful, quaint, and in a great location. We had a wonderful breakfast at our room every morning. The room was perfectly appointed, clean, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It is a great location ... right out the back you can go one direction for shopping and busy Ubud, or go the other way and your strolling through beautiful rice fields. We hope to visit again someday.

"Elegant, peaceful and human."

Everything - the decor, the location, the amenity and above all the staff. I became ill when I was there and they were very kind and helpful. The most lovely bedroom to rest in, and not pretend to be a tourist!
