"Apart from this issue(umbrella), everything else was great and I had a pleasant experience."

The hotel was very good overall, and I was satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, I was quite disappointed that there were no umbrellas available. I was informed that they were with other guests, but considering the rainy weather and the hotel’s location, I believe there should be at least 20–30 umbrellas available for guests at all times. Apart from this issue, everything else was great and I had a pleasant experience.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully surrounded by nature, which made the experience even more relaxing. We would also like to highlight the spa services — the procedures were of a very high standard and added a special touch to our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
