Everything was great, staff, food, connectivity

A little pricey, but worth the money

It's very peaceful, nature loving stay, rooms and bed itself is great, very nice, especially the villa with pool

Room service can improve, breakfast buffet is pathetic, not enough options. Food is quite basic, not that good taste wise, and hotel's food throughout stay is so boring. There's no cafe or easy commute to anywhere, unless you rent a car for the entire trip. Very secluded.

Staff is friendly and always there for you if you need them. Room is nice and bed is super comfortable. Restaurants food is really good even tho bit pricey.

There's extra charges for international customers in the pre-payment that is not mentioned and they don't give you any reparation for that. Also there was some trash in the ground and some parts of the buildings could use renevation like a new paintjob. Also a small gym or spa would be nice. It's a good place but i feel It was heavily overpriced for what i got for the money since it's expensive.

Everything were almost perfect. The room was very nice and cozy, the surroundings were beautiful. The restaurant service deserves special praise We recommend it.

Too loud music in the central part of the hotel

+ der private Pool an Poolvilla war sauber & tief + der Barkeeper war sehr hilfsbereit & freundlich & hat versucht, das Beste aus der schlechten Ausstattung zu machen + Frühstück war gut + nahe dem Fußpfad zum Elephant Beach

- der Hauptpool hatte trübes Wasser - kein Bier in der Bar vorhanden?! - TV funktioniert nicht - Sanierungsstau u. a. Bad/ insbesondere Toilette (Toilettenbrille störend verfärbt, aus Bidet tropft es andauernd etc)
