Rooms were spacious and neat.. breakfast was decent👍🏻

What was supposed to be a nice quiet retreat turned out to be a loud noisy affair.. but the fault wasn’t the hotels.. it was families with lots of kids😅 Property is not very big only a pool and dining area for frolickin!!

It was very stylish Great location Near the elephant trail and beach Nr Radhangar Beach

The music coming out of the bar was far too loud Inappropriate ( American rap, club ) De Foret is in a forest setting, we would have preferred to listen to nature on our balcony. Gecko,s ,frogs,birds .

The property was amazing.Our room was great. Exceptional staff and wonderful food.

I have no complains except for the early check out time. Although I do understand that in the island the check out time is early everywhere to accommodate the ferry timing.

De Foret is one of the best experience of life, the location and the resort is an amazing place to stay, highly recommended to all the people visiting Havelock. The Meghalaya origin staff was too good especially Eva and Phila. We were not only made very comfortable but also made to feel at home. The bar tender makes amazing drinks and ensures that it is to our expectations... Starting from reception checkin to checkout was a five star experience. Don't miss to stay at this resort

Cost of the food and quality

It's a perfect place for a romantic stay with all the good amenities and atmosphere with very good vibe. We had great fun.

Well appointed cottages, good environs. Good food. Courteous staff.

Slow service at the restaurant. Food order taking was lacking in professionalism (however quite courteous)

- Rooms were clean and comfortable. - Staff was very friendly and accommodative. - Dinner was great!!

- WiFi facility was terrible. The room WiFi was not working at all. The staff had to set up an unsecured WiFi network. - Power cuts in the room at least twice every day. - Pool had a lot of chlorine and it caused eye irritation. - Breakfast was not good.
