"Relaxing stay"

Very calm and beautiful resort, perfect to escape the rush of the city. Beautiful views over the lake. Nice restaurant. The spa offers many services for good prices and good quality.

The pool and other activities should be revamped. Pool was missing a few tiles and the gym/indoor entertainment area is really bare minimum and old. Still a great stay, but these two improvements could make it a perfect one.

"Good but could have been so much better"

The rooms were very comfortable, well appointed and spacious

It was good but could have been excellent with small changes. The pool was tired, 4 pool lounges for the whole resort and no shade. No information for tours or experiences ( apparently run by Kerala tourism!) The beer/wine room?? was a scary joke. The staff definitely tried but most were obviously in training.
