KTDC Water Scapes

The property was lovely. The staff was helpful. I would like to specifically mention vinod from the restaurant and George who helped us with our bags and showing us to the room, were courteous, helpful and a pleasure.

The bathroom could be updated. Traveling with my mother, meant the bathtub/ shower was slightly worrying. Just a shower would be better.

The views are really nice from the property and the room was nice and large.

A few of the staff were really great, but most of them were not nice, friendly or welcoming. The pool has a total of 5 places to sit. There were only 2 benches at tea and there were about 20 people there( it was nice to have) and it would be a great place to sit and enjoy the sunset but nope. And the breakfast was terrible. They kept running out of the few things they had and the service was poor our first day and just okay our second morning.

Great experience, beautiful location in nature. You could hear birds sound in the morning and evening. We enjoyed a lot.

Food was great but needed more food choices especially continental food as people coming from all over the world.
