Check in takes place in the Nicosol S.L. office, in the Capistrano Village shopping center. Reception opening times: 10:00 to 14:00 hours and 16:00 to 20:00 hours (Monday to Saturday), 11:00 to 15:00 on Sundays. n case of late arrival or outside the opening times please contact the reception before arrival. Apartments are cleaned before arrival and upon departure. For stays of 7 nights or more, towels will be changed in the middle of the week. Bed-linen is changed every 7 days. Additional housekeeping services are available at an extra cost - please consult reception for more details. Mainly, the apartments do not have air conditioning, but we have several units that does (EUR 20 per week in cash), the guest can request it through Booking.com chat. We rent properties in three different resorts: Capistrano Village (0.6 mi) , San Juan de Capistrano (1.2 mi) and Oasis de Capistrano (1.2 mi). the distance to town or beach may vary between apartments. The address indicated is only for reception, the main point from where we explain you where is your house. Please contact us to know where will you allocated.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
