Check in takes place in the Nicosol S.L. office, in the Capistrano Village shopping center. Reception opening times: 10:00 to 14:00 hours and 16:00 to 20:00 hours (Monday to Saturday), 11:00 to 15:00 on Sundays. n case of late arrival or outside the opening times please contact the reception before arrival. Apartments are cleaned before arrival and upon departure. For stays of 7 nights or more, towels will be changed in the middle of the week. Bed-linen is changed every 7 days. Additional housekeeping services are available at an extra cost - please consult reception for more details. Mainly, the apartments do not have air conditioning, but we have several units that does (EUR 20 per week in cash), the guest can request it through Booking.com chat. We rent properties in three different resorts: Capistrano Village (0.6 mi) , San Juan de Capistrano (1.2 mi) and Oasis de Capistrano (1.2 mi). the distance to town or beach may vary between apartments. The address indicated is only for reception, the main point from where we explain you where is your house. Please contact us to know where will you allocated.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

La cocina totalmente completa, la casa practica y cómoda. Pileta linda

Que está muy lejos del centro, es todo en subida y estaría bueno que sea aclarado, el aire acondicionado no estaba disponible de uso!! Y tuvimos un conflicto con el de rececpcion ya que nos dieron información errónea y debido a eso no nos hemos podido comunicar por ningún medio con los responsable para aclarar el tema y se nos ha responsabilizado de dicho error que no fue nuestro!!

La arquitectura y la comodidad , piscina al frente, restaurantes, supermercado , spa . Todo

Pienso que deben informar que para moverse desde allí es un poco complicado y es mejor alquilar un coche . Menos mal alquilé uno de lo contrario hubiese sido muy difícil movilizarnos

De llegada encontramos aire acondicionado con 17 gr y no había mando y intentamos comunicarnos pero nadie contestó y dos días con aire puesto 17 gr en estas fechas de invierno no era cómodo

South facing large, sunny terrace with sea views and built in bbq set in amazing, beautiful communal gardens. Apartment all very clean and warm air conditioning in bedroom and living area was great for our stay during a December storm. Nearness to supermarkets Mercadona, Carrefour and lots of eateries. Just a 15 minute walk to beach, and bus station for exploring the area

Nothing to dislike - however, apartment was dated so may not suit some people. Nerja is hilly as is Capistrano Village so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues however, there is a bus service than runs hourly from the resort village down to the beach and old town
