Complex Panorama

The rooms was spacious and clean as always, the view from the balcony is lovely with Elena and the Balkan mountains in the distance. The pool was clean and seating plentiful. Parking is available to the front of the hotel and also covered parking lower down from the hotel entrance. The restaurant staff are pleasant and they were quick to attended us, breakfast and drinks were brought within a few minutes of arrival.

I'm not sure if the hotel is trying to save money by not heating the steam room and Finish sauna, as this is the third time we've stayed at this hotel and we've noticed the facilities are switched off earlier than the stated 20:00 finish time. I had to ask the main desk clerk for the facilities to be switched on 30 minutes after the stipulated start time, so we lost a further 30 minutes waiting for them to get to temperature. So they saved 30 minutes but the guests lost 1 hour if they wanted to use the facilities.

As always, it is such a beautiful place to rest and recharge our bodies and minds. The view is fantastic with fresh mountain air to reinvigorate you. The pool is lovely and clean, and the spar is also excellent with steam bath, two saunas, one hot stones, and the other infrared, also a large jacuzzi. The opening time of the spar is 16:00 - 20:00. The room was clean with a great view of Elena and the surrounding mountains. The staff are friendly and the new receptionist spoke very good English and was very welcoming. Another excellent stay at the hotel, and we'll be returning in a few weeks' time for another short break.

There is nothing to dislike, really, but the room would benefit from a kettle for making coffee or tea, etc.

We arrived early but were allowed entrance to the room which was very kind of the hotel. The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable with the room having aircon for extra comfort. The view from the room was beautiful, the spar facilities were fantastic. The food was very nice and the young lady that served us was very pleasant and we had fun trying our Bulgarian language skills with her. The local area is very nice and an evening walk is highly recommended. The pool is clean and even though not heated it was a pleasure to swim in. All in all a lovely time spent at the hotel and we'll be visiting again in the near future.

There is not much to dislike about the hotel to be honest, the spar facilities are time limited which might be an issue for people that arrive late evening as they won't get an opportunity the following day unless staying for an further evening etc. The bedroom would benefit from a fly screen on the door so you can leave it open at night and breath the clean mountain air. The breakfast could be better as only two choices available.
