The location is quite good. On top of the town with beautiful view. Elena is beautiful place, kept the spirit of the history.

Beds were uncomfortable, the staff was unprofessional, the breakfast was under any criticism, the spa area was insufficient

I visit the place on a regular basis because I consider it a perfect place for escaping the everyday stress and craziness. This time the place exceeded my expectations because the owners had three different treats for Valentine's day: a bottle of champagne with beautiful glasses for every room, a free dessert (chocolate soufflé) for dinner, and a DJ (classy one) for the evening party. They definitely know how to treat their guests right!

The spa Welness facilities are open from 16h that's way too late?? What if you arrive at night and the next day you want to go to the Welness? You can't cuze you need check out at 11h . (You can go to the wellness as a guest also .) After checkout you need to pay for the wellness so then you're a guest.

Great view, good facility and service, very clean.

There was smell and smoke in my kitchen comimg from the upper floor's kitchen.
