Препълненият голям басейн, където шезлонгите се запазваха с поставяне на кърпи! Тясна плажна ивица!

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life – stay away at all costs! We were 6 people, and this hotel completely ruined our family vacation. From the very first night, nothing worked as promised: no proper hot water, no towels despite countless requests, and every answer from the reception was just empty promises. When we finally received something, it was after hours of waiting and endless frustration. What they don’t show in the pictures is that every room has a tiny boiler of only 6 liters (see photo). That means the hot water runs out in just a couple of minutes, and then you have to wait a long time before it refills. For a family, this is a complete disaster – showers became a daily nightmare. Most of the time we simply could not shower properly because there was never enough hot water. The food situation was an absolute disgrace. We confirmed in advance that gluten-free meals would be available for one of the girls in our group who has a serious allergy. What we received was not only disappointing but insulting – food that looked inedible, tasteless, and nothing like what was promised. They even brought us a pancake claiming it was gluten-free – but it looked disgusting and completely unfit to eat (see photo). Because of this, the girl cried all day with nothing safe to eat. On top of that, there were almost no alternatives at all, and most of the dishes were based on pork – making it impossible for us to find proper meals for the family. To make things even worse, the hotel’s manager Nikolay lied directly to us. He promised compensation for all the trouble we went through, but instead he ignored us, avoided our calls, and never kept his word. That is pure dishonesty and total disrespect to paying guests. The staff in general was unresponsive and careless. Calls to reception were ignored, and even the most basic requests were met with indifference. And despite everything we endured, the hotel refused to provide even minimal compensation.

Staff friendly, facilities clean. Perfect for kids with the water slides. Stones throw to the beach.

Shop quite expensive on site. Food, same each evening could do with more variety. Really disappointed in the adult entertainment, there was none! Perfect if you have little ones, show for them fabulous. Entertainment after that dire! Stayed mostly in the apartment at night playing board games. For a full round package for everyone at the hotel, would have been nice to have this. Only entertainment for one evening was a tribute Elvis act. On other point the hotel really lets itself down. When vacating your room at 11am - Most flights do not leave till midnight. The hotel has a baggage storage, but no shower, washing facilities. If you have been sat around in the baking sun all day, would have been nice to freshen up somewhere, instead of having to have a wash in the toilets from the sink!!!!! ☹️

Pentru ca ne-a placut anul trecut aici, am revenit. Acum ne-au placut: amabilitatea personalului, camerele spatioase, cu paturi mari, curatenia zilnica, mancarea diversificata si gustoasa, sucurile, piscinele, toboganele, spectacolele pentru copii si adulti, locurile de joaca, parcarea (free), verdeata...

Internetul - a fost foarte prost in camere. Anul trecut a fost ok. Nu exista plaja privata. Este o plaja mica langa hotel, unde se pot pune si umbrele personale. Langa se gasesc sezlonguri cu plata, dar care nu apartin de hotel.
