Premier Fort Cuisine - Full Board

Clean room, good breakfast, close to the beach far from city centre

We arrived early morning, thought we can check in early and was willing to pay for it too. At the reception they couldn’t find our reservation and told us we should come back later when someone in Sofia HQ office is available to sort this out. On booking.com the name of the property is confusing. We thought we booked full board, when we finally managed to check in they thought we booked full board too. All was good until next morning at breakfast when they informed us that we booked room only. They made us throw away our breakfast until we sort this out with the reception. It wasn’t an issue. We paid for it at the end but I expected the staff to be a lot more flexible and accommodating. 2 guys early morning at the reception couldn’t even speak English and they were absolutely awful and almost rude when we asked to get a cup of coffee.( not for free of course). If we ever come back I will make sure to contact the property before our arrival and not just rely on booking com confirmation. I am suggesting the management to book the team in for a basic customer service training. It would help a lot

Идеально было всё, это наш второй приезд, обязательно вернемся еще. Советую брать fullboard, питание на высшем уровне. На территории есть все: магазин одежды, салон красоты, магазин продуктов. Нет необходимости куда-то выезжать. Уборка ежедневная, весь персонал это просто находка, вежливые, приветливые. Живая музыка за ужином это отдельная радость, анимация для деток, комната с игровыми аппаратами. Выход к морю 👌 В номерах есть всё.

Aerul Conditionat din dormitor nu l-am putut folosi din cauza mirosului urat .

Раната беше отлична, 10/10 Локацията също и гледката също

Нямаше телевизори във всяка стая, бяхме в апартамент и за децата е важно да има!

Plaja fină...prosoape schimbate in fiecare zi la solicitarea noastră...

Dimineața mâncarea era aceiași in fiecare zi...la prânz meniul era ușor intuitiv...iar seara abunda în oferte culinare... Persoanele din Vest erau favorizate ca și comportament al angajaților...piscina avea nisip mult pe fund .. Deși am rugat la recepție să mi se dea aceiași cameră ca și anul precedent, nu am găsit înțelegere din partea acestora, pe motiv că programarea pe platforma booking.com nu are aceiași calitate ca și programările făcute pe site-ul personal al hotelului...
