The place is elegant and service staff at both the dining and buffet locations is fantastic

We wanted to sit in the porch of our rooms and requested for an angithi which they don’t provide . It would have been a great way to enjoy the winter evening

"Good, but not tempted to repeat."

I usually see a bright Sunny venue for breakfast across hotels. But this breakfast venue was a brooding, less happy place. You should consider moving it to a brighter place. Check in process was long and tedious despite doing online Pre check in. The staff was in no hurry to move us to our suite. Pls be mindful of the guest mindset too. When asked about the occasion of travel, I told that it was my Husbands birthday, yet no enthusiasm was shown to at least offer wishes or to send a note to the room. This was a very different experience with hospitality.

Nothing

There was a wedding on the premises so the whole service was atrocious with the whole staff only concerned about the wedding. YOU ARE WARNED NOT TO GO THIS DESTINATION WIHOUT CHECKING UP IF THERE IS ANY WEDDING GOING ON (apparently they have quite a few weddings during the season) SO BEWARE!!
