ITC Grand Bharat, a Luxury Collection Retreat, Gurgaon, New Delhi Capital Region

The Hotel was stunning ornate building - large and magnificent. Impressive entrance. Large Foyers and guest rooms.

The property was worn and not kept up to date with refurbishments.

Recreational facilites

1) Food - Pathetic quality, stale, no options for nom vegetarians and repetitive menu 2) Room and private Pool cleanliness 3) Lack of privacy since there was some construction going on and the whole staff was continuously walking past the room and private pool area staring and stuff 4) Loads of photoshoots happening throughout the property and the photographers had no sense as they were disturbing the guests 5) On arrival the satff asked for special occasion and we did tell them upon which they promised for a special gesture which was never delivered. 6) Bad room service - there was just 1 coffee pod in the room and when we asked for more only one more was delivered and that too after 30 minutes

The property was grand and majestic truly a surreal experience staying there

Buffet is very small
