Usually I don’t spend time in writing about our feedback of the stay but this time our stay at ITC truly deserves to be appreciated. I was along with my wife and our 8year old boy. I suffer from a slew of food allergies. First few hours were a bit chaotic but the team looking after us Room, F&B staff really took super good care of us. F&B led by chef Shashank, Deepakar (excelled in Bengali food preparation), Shivam made sure we were very well taken care. Morning breakfast was made special by several people including Pankaj who would ensure. Aishwarya and her team made sure our rooms were well looked after and she made arrangement for us to gaze the night sky through our telescope. All in all it was home away home experience! Kudos to the entire staff for making our stay so special.

Guest should be asked about allergies and communication should seamlessly be shared with the F&B Staff.

Liked The absolutely professional behaviour and conduct of the staff

Despite prior intimation room was not ready and took time to be allotted Also both rooms were given away from each other knowing fully well that its a family of four.
