We stayed 19th July to 20th July Room No 4001 This was our 6th visit it's over crowded

Why do luxury hotels Overbook there was electrical issue which took 1 hour to fix , at breakfast nothing was ready as it was overcrowded staff seem to be completely lost very disappointed

Food at the Bukhara can be more authentic n better ! Doesn’t compare with the food at other ITC properties, Delhi or Agra
