Airport shuttles consists of a 90-minute drive and a 5-minute boat trip. To secure it, guests are required contact the property 48 hours in advance providing check-in and check-out dates, flight details and full name of all the passengers. Payment is done at the property. The boat ride is 45 minutes. Swimming pool 1 is only available for guests staying in rooms Plus. Please note, spa facilities are available for an extra fee. Please note the property requests all adults and children to present a passport or valid identification at the time of check-in. Please note that children under 18 years old must be in the company of their parents. The property will apply conditions and requests documents to proof the parenthood or parental permission. "Not worth the travel time or $$$$!"

The staff at the restaurants went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time.

Poor quality towels and linens, looked dingy and cheap. The property was not taken care of. Walkways should be cleaned daily to remove the animal feces. The worst part were the raccoons, they would get on tables to take food from plates while you were dinning! Beaches were littered with garbage.

La playa es muy bonita.

Atención muy deficiente. Los horarios de comida muy restrictivos, la oferta de agua y bebidas es insuficiente a la.hora del almuerzo, la mayoria del personal es poco atento, muchos lugares sucios, había murciélago en nuestro balcón y poca oferta de restaurantes.

El buffet muy variado y fresco y rico!

El check in horrible 1.5 horas esperando. Mala organización. El la ducha el agua se iba. Los tomas del baño no funcionan . Entran aveces al cuarto estando uno ahí sin avisar, pierde uno privacidad En la zona de parasoles en la playa. Es sálvese quien pueda. Ahí la gente reserva 4 o 5 o 6 parasoles. No hay control. A supervivencia. Qué horror.

Beautiful surroundings, nature, Son, beach and kindness everywhere

Chicken was not to organize, and neither was the on boarding process, no instructions on moving around the hotel, nor Wi-Fi, and the phone lines was never answered when I called from the hotel room
