Airport shuttles consists of a 90-minute drive and a 5-minute boat trip. To secure it, guests are required contact the property 48 hours in advance providing check-in and check-out dates, flight details and full name of all the passengers. Payment is done at the property. The boat ride is 45 minutes. Swimming pool 1 is only available for guests staying in rooms Plus. Please note, spa facilities are available for an extra fee. Please note the property requests all adults and children to present a passport or valid identification at the time of check-in. Please note that children under 18 years old must be in the company of their parents. The property will apply conditions and requests documents to proof the parenthood or parental permission. Reservations of 5 or more rooms may be subject to special conditions, such as the request for advance payment. "Ok"

Buffet restaurant was ok...specialty restaurants were very average.

There was only one selection of wine and it wasn't very good. Food at the restaurants was very average. At specialty restaurants I wasn't asked if I have any food allergy...i ended up consuming something (cucumbers) that gave stomach ache and diarrea. I suggested to some Hotel staff the they should ask for allergies at the specialty restaurants since visitors are not able to see the food like we do at the buffets.

The entire hotel infrastructure is pretty good

The plus service didnt have any value at all. There wasn't any intention to host with a friendly and cordial attitude.

"Very good"

The place, the rooms, and the pools were amazing and super clean. There were some Iguanas and Raccoon that made even more fun the stay. The beach is very nice and the water too.

The buffet wasn't that exceptional and the same with the free drinks they offer. The restaurants were good, tho.

The location, although the visitor boat traffic on the beach was a little too much.

The unkept common areas including the dining hall. The food was also sub par in general.

"Don’t recommended for people who are used to have a full expirience in other hotels that are All inclusive."

Nice beach.

We didn’t like it as much as we thought it was going to be. Bad accommodations, to high the price for what we get. The personal staff wasn’t good as well as other hotels that have a All Inclusive service.

Beautiful location and beaches and we especially liked the Playa Puntilla. rooms were nice and clean and the most of the staff were friendly and helpful. loved seeing all the birds and wildlife

no WiFi in the rooms - in fact, the only WiFi is in the lobby. The restaurant booking system is unclear and complicated. no signage or information on entertainment shows or daily activities. very much a “here’s your room - you figure it out” attitude. gift shop opened at 3pm so you were out of luck if you ran out of sunscreen or needed anything as location is very remote.
