I stayed at Coral Sea Water World for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The resort itself is beautiful, with huge green areas that are exceptionally well maintained and create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The pools were clean and spacious, while the aqua park was undoubtedly the highlight of the resort. The lifeguards and aqua team deserve special recognition for their professionalism, friendliness, and cheerful attitude. They were always attentive and contributed greatly to the overall experience. The food exceeded my expectations, with a good variety available in the main restaurant throughout the stay. The bars across the resort also offered a nice selection of drinks and snacks, ensuring guests always had plenty of options. I would also like to thank the hotel for upgrading my booking from a Standard Room to a Family Room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and significantly enhanced our stay. The White Party and fire show on the first night were excellent and created a fantastic atmosphere for guests. Overall, Coral Sea Water World offers excellent facilities, beautiful landscaping, a fantastic aqua park, good food, and comfortable accommodations. With improvements in reception service, guest engagement, and beach accessibility, the resort could provide a much stronger 5-star experience.

As a frequent traveler across the Middle East who has stayed in many 5-star resorts and hotels, this was the first time I felt that the reception experience did not match the standard expected from a property of this category. From the moment of arrival, the reception team did not appear particularly welcoming or guest-oriented. In addition, simple requests required several follow-ups before being fulfilled. For example, I had to request a dental kit four times before receiving it on the second day, and the same happened with shower gel. These are basic amenities that should be readily available without repeated requests. The animation and entertainment team could also be more active and engaging with guests. Apart from the excellent White Party and fire show, there was limited interaction throughout the stay, particularly with Arabic-speaking guests. More guest engagement and daytime activities would improve the overall holiday experience. Another point I found unusual was a highlighted note in the Arabic version of the hotel instructions advising guests not to approach, communicate with, or photograph foreign guests and their children. While I completely support respecting guests' privacy and personal space, I believe such guidance should be communicated equally to all guests regardless of language or nationality. During my travels across the Middle East, this is the first time I have encountered such wording directed specifically through one language version. Finally, the beach experience was less enjoyable than expected. Guests need to walk a considerable distance along the marina to reach water deep enough for swimming. In addition, the designated swimming area has a rocky seabed, making swimming shoes almost essential for comfort and safety.

Very good food,staff, beach, pools, alcohol is fine, we drink with ice and there is no stomach problem,but we taking probiotik week before.50 eur is late check out with all inclusive until 18:00 very good for late flight.Clenless was good
