The rooms and the property were well maintained. The aqua park was nice and the heated pool was a plus.

The food was terrible on most days. Food was bland or tasted bad, no variety at all. Food was repeated and recycled in lunch and dinner during all days. Materials used were of terrible quality. Service was terrible in all restaurants and bars. We would never find any waiter to take a drink order and we had to wait in a line by the bar to get any drinks.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, my recent stay left much to be desired. The food was the first major letdown. Both the fish and chicken dishes were consistently overcooked and extremely dry – clearly lacking attention to quality or basic culinary standards. What was more disappointing was the lack of fresh options at breakfast. All the juices were from cartons and overwhelmingly sweet, making them nearly undrinkable. Even more concerning was the behavior of some of the staff. There were instances where I felt I was being treated differently, and at times, even ignored – behavior that came across as racially biased. In a service-oriented environment, this is simply unacceptable and deeply troubling. I had hoped for a welcoming, comfortable experience, but sadly, I left with disappointment. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to improve both the food quality and the inclusivity of staff interactions for future guests.

My friend and I were pleased with the food and most of the staff at the hotel. However, we were not at all pleased with the short, light-eyed employee at the reception named Mohammad . He was very rude to us and did not help us at all with the room. My friend and I were very upset that we experienced something like this from the first day.
