It s really good hotel , beach front , great location and facilities and helpful staff. Especially thanks to Ibrahim who is the customer manager , he was really helpful.

The water park was superb with a selection of slides rivalling large commercial water parks. Safety was taken incredibly seriously (sometimes too much so). Food selection in the main restaurant was broad and the quality ok, but not outstanding. The Asian restaurant was authentic enough with good food and highly engaged servers. Staff throughout the resort were helpful and friendly. The animation team members and the way they ran the kids club were great, particularly Destiny with her infectious energy and boundless smiles. The pools and beach area were incredibly well kept.

There were cigarette butts on our terrace and hairs in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness could be better. The animation team's playlist was limited with the same songs used over and over, including during trivia night and with every night's minidisco. Same with the "kids movie", which was the same Smurfs episode every night. Some variety would not go amiss. The Italian restaurant was a miss, particularly the pizzas (what was that cheese?) and the tiramisu (why was it salty?). Some areas like the main restaurant and reception could benefit from improved lighting. Sometimes they were left completely dark, which gave them an abandoned feel. Receiving a paper map on arrival would have been great to help us find our way around, but this is a minor niggle, as the resort layout is quite easy to understand.

The people were great. From Desk Manger Mr. Ahemed was very helpful and upgraded my room. Pool staff were great.

My Good the buffa food and selection of food to severe was very bad. Food was either cold or over cooked. It is catered to British. Which they come in bus loads. 70% of them have not eaten in a buffa. So all to them look great. Cold fish.. who on earth will eat that?? only if I am about to Die from hunger. I am in a resort by the sea and can't eat verity of fish or shrimp's. Salomon was the only hot fish served and of course the cold tuna. Mr. Fathe the restaurant manager was very nice but what can he do to solve this problem. This is above his pay grade. The cut of corners to safe money comes from the owner and the British will not complain to see what they offer. The best section they offered is the salad bar. Finally look at entrance of the hotel. They have only a British/ Indian and Egyptian flag. That is so insult to me as I am a American. WHY MY FLAG WAS NOT UP THERE IN FRONT OF HOTEL. They have English and Indian NIGHTS IN the cafeteria. WHY IS THAT? Personally, I think that all Americans should not go there and let them keep this hotel for the British and the Indians. Not only you have to survive the corruptions in prices for foreigners, which are Double or triple comparing to the locals. You have to go to the hotel and see the Ass kissing for the British. Sham sham.

My 11 year old son and I have just returned from the most wonderful 10 nights staying at the Coral sea Waterworld resort in Sharm el Sheikh. From arrival to departure, every member of staff we met with went above and beyond to ensure we had the best holiday. We loved the food, although we aren’t fussy eaters. Hotel breakfast is always a treat; delicious pastries and breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, freshly made omelettes and eggs, pancakes and waffles, there is something for everyone. Lunch we always had at the Mermaid restaurant near the beach - we had chicken schwarma, burgers, pizza, pasta, salad, ice cream - staff are lovely, and air conditioning provides a welcome break from the midday sun. Evening meals vary every night, and lots of meat and veggie options, and we tried both the Italian and Asian restaurants which were both delicious. We ate out a few times at Hard Rock Cafe, and other local restaurants which was a nice change of scenery. We did manage to avoid ‘Pharoah’s revenge’ tummy which I was grateful for. The pool areas and water park are immaculately clean and the lifeguards are always on duty ensuring safety of all guests. The slides are amazing and we loved visiting every morning. The dive centre at the beach was amazing and really made our holiday. Huge shout out to Abdallah and Sam who were so helpful and especially made a huge fuss of my son. We did parasailing, banana boats, crazy sofa and so much snorkelling - it really is a must do when in Egypt. The housekeeping was carried out everyday….we had a fantastic room overlooking the pool and gardens and our housekeeper created some amazing towel art everyday which we looked forward to returning to. Room air conditioning was wonderful - we had to use blankets in the night it was so powerful, but we loved this as temps were reaching 38 degrees everyday.

I don’t drink alcohol and did find the soft drink selection was repetitive after 10 days, but staff were always friendly and worked so hard. Branded coke, lemonade and Fanta served all day, and barista coffee. The hotel does have some shops to purchase snacks, inflatables, gifts etc…I would recommend leaving the hotel for these purchases as the cost is hugely inflated within the hotel. Just outside the hotel is a metro supermarket which is about a quarter of the price. One of the best holidays we’ve ever had - didn’t stop smiling the whole time we were there. Highly recommend this fantastic hotel.

The place with the water park is perfect for families with kids. They also have amazing activities at night. For food, they also have amazing variety from all cuisines. The staff is so helpful.
