the cabin was excellent, however i didnt like having a long walk to dispose of bin bags, and the steep, very very steep hill back wasnt ideal either, but hey ho, if your looking for quietness, and a bit of peace away from the frantic nature of cities, THIS IS DEFFO THE SPOT FOR YOU.

Lodges themself are fine.

No check in info / link / anyone there at 5-6pm. Smoke alarm malfunction at 4am and no spare / fix available.

The staff we’re exceptional. We had an issue and it’s been sorted completely. The area is quiet and scenic. I liked that there was an honesty shop with treats to buy handmade by children. The manager of the site was absolutely lovely and so helpful and understanding.

We did book a lodge with a hot tub and i even confirmed this before travelling and when we arrived there wasn’t one but the issue has been fully resolved and i would still recommend visiting because all issues (should you have one) are sorted in such a professional and understanding manner.
