We had power cuts and power off completely but was still enjoyable

This is the first time I have ever stayed in a large even better in such a remote place, I,m hoping to do it again in the spring/summer. The peace and quiet done me the world of good and all the other places we visited. All round great. I'd recommend this for all.

The mould in the bathrooms Both toilets were defective The wooden flooring was aged and had massive gaps The door threshold was falling off The vinyl wrap on the kitchen doors were falling off. The worktop end cap was falling off And the Hot tub was a good 2ft step down into it and I nearly broke my hip entering it. And the pictures of the lodge beared no resembled to the actual lodge we stayed in. It was in a block of four with the outstanding view of a big building and overgrown bushes. Definitely not like the photos on booking.com and hoseasons. Oh and when it rains it's like being in a tin hut. And neighbouring lodges park where they want. We couldn't even park next to our accommodation on the 1st night. And there was lots of hidden rubbish under the rear decking around the hot tub. I really wouldn't rate it with a 1 star. And its 200 quid dearer on booking.com than hoseasons website.

Such a beautiful lodge, I loved the cleanliness and the layout, decoration. In such an ideal location surround by nature and forest. Absolutely beautiful. Peaceful as well.

I liked everything. I read that we had to take the rubbish out but I struggled with this as it was just myself and my 1 year old when I left. I couldn’t fit it into my car and I had my 1 year old crying. I think maybe this needs to be optional as I really struggled. I left one bag of rubbish behind as I could not fit it into my car. I also could not strip the beds, pack and take the rubbish all while being respectful for looking after my baby.

Needs a more electric charging unit at least 2 , and should be marked as I drive there to charge the car but someone else parked his car in front of it. Needs to be sign posted..
