Altaat ovat hyvät, paikka on hieno.

Ruoka ja ravintolat. A la Carte-ravintoloihin varausten saaminen vaati uskomatonta tappelua, henkilökunta ei ollut avuliasta emmekä lopulta päässeet viikon aikanakaan kaikkiin ravintoloihin. Buffet-ruoka on keskinkertaista, ei lähelläkään 5 tähden tasoa.

הזמנת המקומות למסעדות - נדרש להגיד שיש צורך ברישום מראש אחרת אורחים יגיעו וינסו להזמין ולא יהיה מקום גיוון - חדר האוכל לא היה מגוון כמו שחשבנו, אותן הצעות לכל הארוחות

Very clean, good facilities and nice food

Some of the staff are a little grumpy! It can also be difficult to get a sun bed unless you get up to reserve at 6am!

The hotel itself is lovely and so are some of the staff

It is no where near big enough for the size of the hotel. The pools are far too crammed and there aren’t enough sunbeds. You apparently have to book in advance for the restaurants but this isn’t made clear (or how far in advance). If you try and book for the week on the day you arrive, you have no chance. I wouldn’t call the “restaurants” restaurants, they aren’t pretty to look at or be in. There’s nothing special about them. The buffet food is mediocre. It’s far too small for the size of the hotel as you have to QUEUE and WAIT to go into the buffet room. The management are terrible. There were that many complaints that they wouldn’t come out of their office to speak to paying guests. They just let their staff try and deal with it which is very poor. I would never stay here again.

The property was very beautiful but it was in a very remote location that made it a bit boring in the last few days.

The pools

Had to book in advance for what restaurants you wanted to eat in, we booked the holiday 2 days before attending and when we arrived all the restaurants was fully booked but booking.com contacted the reservation team for me and managed to book in all restaurants. Also if you are not up at the crack of dawn you won’t get a sun bed

The property is modern qnd decorated nicely

Menus were dirty Food wasn’t the greatest especially the buffet. Alcohol was watered down and wine wasn’t great either. Not a 5 star experience, more like a 3.5 or 4 star
