Size of the room, facilities in room, missing bathroom essentials like bath gel etc, fpod quality shall be better

Our experience wasn’t great. The room felt unclean and poorly maintained. There were no towels provided initially, and even after we requested them, it took over an hour to receive them. The intercom didn’t have any directory or instructions, which made it difficult to contact anyone for help. The bedding and furniture weren’t up to standard — the sheets had stains, and the sofa had noticeable yellow marks. The room also had a persistent, unpleasant smell. To add to that, our room was located right next to what seemed like a systems or maintenance room, and we had to deal with loud beeping sounds throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep

No towels provided. Bed sheet wasn't so good.
