I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The room appeared decent at first glance, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. The most alarming issue was the condition of the ceiling. As shown in the attached images, multiple panels had come loose and were hanging dangerously over the bed. This exposed the metal framework and insulation, raising serious safety and hygiene concerns. It's unacceptable for a guest room to be in such disrepair. The room was also untidy and poorly maintained. The bedding was unkempt, and the mattress had visible stains. There were personal items and trash left scattered, indicating that the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. To add to the discomfort, some basic amenities were either missing or not functional, and overall cleanliness was well below standard. The decor tried to be modern but couldn't hide the evident lack of upkeep. On a positive note, the lighting and natural sunlight gave the room some brightness, and the air conditioning unit was functional. However, these few positives did not make up for the glaring issues. Verdict: I would not recommend staying here unless significant repairs and maintenance are carried out. Safety and cleanliness should never be compromised, and unfortunately, this stay failed on both fronts. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
