I need to wait too long for checkin. Further my credit card didnt work in that property. I need to rush nearby ATM machine to settle down the invoice.

The beach is very close, the surroundings are pleasant, and the staff is friendly.

No shower screen or curtain – bathroom gets completely wet after a shower (no mop or cloth available). Toilet paper quality could be better. No attractions nearby – transport needed to get around.

Run down property. Rooms were dirty. Curtains were stained. Our bathroom door locked in the morning and wouldn't open and we couldn't use it. Maintenance team tried to resolve it but it took too much time and we had to use our colleagues bathroom as we were running late for work. Staff at the dinning area were not very helpful. Service was poor. Breakfast was mediocre and the cheese toast we ordered was below average (you can't go so wrong with a cheese chilli toast!)

The location is really good. The staff very polite.

The room was adequate. The bed was hard, not super comfy which is what one would expect considering the rates of the resort. The price was higher than a 4-star hotel, the beach looked muddy and not-so-clean. Room service was below expectations. They charged INR 50 for a small bucket of ice which is usually free of charge in most of the resorts and hotels we stayed at. When we checked-in, the balcony door mechanism was broken but they politely got it fixed right away. The pool was dirty. Long walk from the sea-facing rooms to the entrance, not recommended for the elderly or someone with a disability.
