location was as expected but disappointed stay

room was not ready despite we checked in by 5hrs and had called prior to keep our room ready... but it was not ready... floor were not swept nor the towels were cleaned... bedsheet was not clean... very disappointing ... my toddler suffered alot...complimentary breakfast was as expected from such resort .. Very dusty and floors not sweet or mopped...
