Location is beautiful, nestled among the tea plantation on one side with huge trees, location is a great USP.. Staff were very friendly and trained to handle every request. There is lot of attention to detail to ensure guests are taken care of. Food is excellent

They can introduce more varieties in breakfast

Perfect location and great staff. They all went out of their way to make the stay great. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. Just one recommendation: Chalet's washroom does not have ventilation. Pls install one

Beautiful property surrounded by nature. I stayed in the hide away chalet which offered solitude but the services of a great hotel a few hundred meters away.

The outdoor gym area wasn't to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
