ITWe stayed a couple of nights at this beautiful hotel. First of all, the place immediately felt very clean and welcoming. A wonderful fragrance fills the entire lobby. The ladies at the reception gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant area is our favorite. The food is excellent and of the highest quality, and the dining staff is very helpful, polite, and attentive to every need. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, Suresh, who was always attentive and patient, and to his assistant, Muthuraj, who was very kind and sweet. We highly recommend this enchanting place surrounded by nature.

الافطار يحتاج الى تنوع اكثر ويكون يهتم بالعرب مثلا: الفندق يعرف انه النزلاء عرب يقوم بتوفير صنفين على الاقل اكل مناسب للعرب.
ININWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Check-in and check-out were impressively quick and hassle-free. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from for the kids.
I didn’t feel the central call center interaction was friendly and professional.
