NLThe food in the restaurant/roomservice is really good. Very delicious dosa for breakfast which they gave us from the house. The room was spacious and clean. Staff did their best very hard. Beautiful view.
Communication in general. There were not many guest, so the staff did their best a bit too much. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable and awkward when 5 staff members help you. But then when they gave us roomservice we were not allowed to keep the tray which was all just to inconvenient… We had to take every plate thing one by one, which was a bit unprofessional. Communication about visiting the park was also not very helpful. Really they try their best, so maybe it is just us being foreigners but it was just awkward. Still a great hotel!
