INWe loved the ambience and the staff who were all very pleasant & helpful. I had got only one of four rooms with balcony initially. But they were good enough to upgrade the rest of the three rooms too while checking in. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they had already put in extra cots in all the rooms for the kids. Krishnapriya , Vijisha, Adityan and Anandu at the reception were very kind and efficient. Melboreen, Purushothaman and Vijith and others in the restaurant were all very proactive and helpful. It is a very small property with 23 or so rooms. The food was ok ; Chinese items were good. There was a Chayakada in the evenings between 4.30 and 5.30 pm. The kids' play area was nice. There is a small gym and a small pool too. The bonfire area is tiny ! Location is good too....with elephant safari place very close to the hotel. other attractions are nearby too.
It's a very small property. What we really missed, is the lack of space outside to walk around. Regarding the food...it was OK.. not so great as we expected from the reviews, probably because the original Chef was on leave the first day. What was most disappointing for me was that they couldn't make anything for me without my allergens, though they tried. Housekeeping Supervisors need to keep track of the cleaning, especially the bathroom tiles etc.
AMThe hotel was absolutely clean, very comfortable, you get everything you need, location is perfect, staff was very helpfull. I had a perfect stay here. Very recommended.

AUINI had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making me feel completely at home. The ambience of the hotel is calm, elegant, and very relaxing. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and added so much charm to my stay. The room itself was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Food was delicious with great quality and taste. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which was a big plus for me.
