INBreakfast was not complementary.
USwe left early so cannot say about breakfast but the Hotel did help us pack sandwich for our early check out for breakfast. We were thankful for that service.
Restaurant service was OK.

La première chambre était située à l'extrémité du couloir, juste à côté des machineries de la climatisation, avec un fort bruit permanent impossible à supporter. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre au calme, l'autre bout du bâtiment. L'équipe de la réception nous a immédiatement donné satisfaction en nous donnant une autre chambre.
ZAThe hotel is beautiful and has a great view. The staff are very warm, friendly and always willing to help. I loved the bonfire atmosphere, the welcoming gesture, the front office staff were excellent especially Vidyasha and Anandu. Thank you to Wild Avenue team for the memorable stay
The spa massage did not meet my expectations. It was very average.

GBLocation just outside main part of town was fine for us, we accidentally walked much further than we intended to one day and realised it wasn't that out of the way at all. Besides which, tuk tuks are very cheap and plentiful. All the staff were really good., and the trips they organised for us were great. Really helpful re the boat trip at Pariyar, they called us a tuktuk and we sorted the rest, very easy so recommend that, they weren't making any money out of it. Loved the dosa breakfasts, delicious , so yummy. The jeep trip into tamil nadu was also excellent. The view across the mountains from our room was breathtaking. Would very happily stay jet again without hesitation. A special thankyou to the gorgeous breakfast staff. Ghee dosa , yum 😋
