Accommodation, food , location and particularly staff , no matter they are at front desk or at the restaurant, they will do everything they could do to make your stay comfortable. Highly trained skilled and always smiling. Joshua the front desk executive is extremely helpful. I would highly recommend anyone who is visiting munnar

De omgeving was heel mooi, helaas is er niet veel in de buurt te doen op loopafstand, je moe toch echt wel met het openbaar vervoer. personeel was echt aardig, en behulpzaam. kamers waren wel schoon, maar de schoonmaak was binnen 10 min gedaan.

Voor aankomst sturen verschillende nummers van het hotel je berichten, over je komst, dit vind ik wel jammer. eenmalig moet voldoende zijn! En jammer dat de prijzen in het hotel zelf duurder zijn voor activiteiten dan rondom het gebied.
