The view, the hospitality, the food - taste and variety and overall experience in general. The best part was the hospitality of the staff - it was totally exceptional and something that made the stay truly memorable.

The property itself is beautiful and located in a very scenic area, with lovely views around the resort. The staff in the lobby and common areas were polite and welcoming. The food and beverage experience was excellent and deserves a five-star rating. The quality of food was great, and the service stood out. A special mention to Yowlanka, who was extremely accommodative, courteous, and went out of her way to make our experience better. The resort has strong potential, but the management practices need serious improvement. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to better, more transparent and responsive guest handling in the future

I stayed at Vibe Resort in Munnar and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the management’s behavior, especially considering I was traveling all the way from Seattle to Munnar. We booked the room through Booking.com with a clear mention of a mountain view. On arrival, the manager showed us a valley-facing room and insisted that this was what we had booked. The tone felt accusatory, as if we were mistaken. Only after I showed the booking details with the listed amenities did he acknowledge the error and apologize. Instead of resolving it properly, we were then given a room on an empty floor where the air conditioning was not working. We raised the AC issue multiple times, around four to five times during our stay. There was no sense of urgency or ownership from the management to fix the problem or even communicate clearly. Because of this, the overall experience was negatively impacted. Guests should not have to argue for what they have already booked, and basic issues like a non-working AC should be handled promptly.

Great location for treks, safaris etc. I booked these independently as I had a driver to get me to the meet places for my excursions. If you don't have a driver I would highly recommend booking trips through the hotel as navigating your way around Munnar town centre to find your tour operator will be stressful. There are so many of them all bundled together all over the town. The room was spacious. so comfortable with excellent views towards the mountains. I had room service which was prompt, delivered with smiles and delicious. The staff are incredible and will do anything to make your stay perfect for you.

Everything was perfect. The staff made my birthday so special and I even got a free upgrade to a luxurious room with a jacuzzi without expecting it. They even made me a birthday cake! They made my special day so amazing and memorable. The hotel itself is stunning, the spa is amazing, the views are unmatched and the rooftop pool area is delightful. Huge shout out to Abhishek for arranging such wonders for my birthday!
