Breakfast buffet and the location.

Seems understaffed, things take time and a bit follow up. undergoing construction works..you can find materials all around. Book the room with “valley view”, room with “balcony” doesn’t guarantee view.

Hospitality was very good.

Toilets were not cleaned properly . Stains in bathroom screen and tap in wash basin. Not up to the mark. Mat in the living room is dirty and sticky. Not much for entertainment. No tress inside hotel area. For kids only pool and swings other than that nothing for kids. we stayed with 2 kids for three nites. High disappointment.
