great location, great staff, great view

In-room dining: Suite rooms need 2 beds for family use. longer delay in room cleaning and views from suite rooms are not as expected.

Only the location was good

The staff behaviour was pathetic and it was complete fraud in bookings i had booked mountain view rooms but end up getting rooms in basement saying that all the rooms are occupied. It was hell after an intense conversation they provided me 1 room with mountain views and the other one in basement. When i asked that my booking is not for basement rooms they say yes sir u r right but no rooms are available. If they have rooms in basement then they should have it different name and seperate booking. Cheaters 🤬😡

The room was spacious. There’s a gym on site: good for a quick workout. Breakfast selection was good. All the staff were very attentive & helpful.

The timing of my stay was unfortunate - there was a large group staying, lots of kids, an incredible amount of noise at night - slamming doors, moving furniture, people shouting in the corridor. This honestly is the noisiest hotel I’ve stayed in. Clean - yes. But all tiled floors meant every corridor was like an echo chamber. The view from my room was incredibly disappointing due to the amount of construction around the hotel. However, the surrounding countryside is stunning. This wouldn’t be the first choice if you’re seeking a quiet little retreat. It wasn’t the vibe I was looking for. When booking, you might just want to check on which side of the hotel you’ll be. Th other side of the hotel, away from the road & main entrance is probably a lot nicer. I recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper- there’s no escaping the echo chamber effect!!
