Feedback on my Stay at Chalona Jungle Vibe Firstly the pics shared by Bestinn Liseaures (Agent coordinating for Chalona Jungle Vibe) was for Bamboo Huts and i was entering into a Room. Lots of Insects inside room, basically the room hygiene was pathetic. There is only one guy named Gafoor, who is caretaker cum helper cum food serving person cum room luggage shifting. There was no other person to take care of the service, if we discuss with him then the reply would be for the amount you paid this is enough, and I don’t have money to keep extra staff. Basically my wife and kids were completely disappointed, even there is no extra blanket for 2 consecutive days, for this reply from Gafoor would be we provide only 1 blanket 2 persons for each room no extra provided, I asked him what about kids for them you are not counting on a blanket requirement, reply is nil. Gafoor is the one who is managing the entire resort with his son, wife and one Helper When you ask for a basic generic Tea also Gafoor is the one who prepares it and he says I prepare kerala tea only & I dont know any other state’s style. We had the tea but thats not atleast a basic chai, thats what happens when you don’t match with consumer’s expectations. Even i checked if he can help preparing some Fish curry for us like local Kerala dish, he asks me to go to the market and have one fish to me and i will prepare in better way for you Bestinn Liseaures is another pathetic Agent who is coordinating for the entire bookings from booking.com. I asked him how you are providing solution for this pathetic service, the reply was next time will help you on the same. When you reach to this website https://bestinnleisure.com/ it will say coming soon, i doubt how soon will they come with official website taking consumer problems into consideration.
