The rooms were good.

The checkin time, the checkin process, couple of unwelcoming staffs, the facilities, the rocky beach, the high price, not at all worth the money.

Infrastructure made up of woods. A pleasent feel of nature. I really like the hotel.

At first floor level water is not regular through shower and taps in washroom. The flow is not regular. I think it was due to pressure motor.They should have to resolve the issue.

Location and infrastructure

Reception staff are arrogant and are hesitant to give Bill's. I had to insist for bill. There is no proper accounting. They gave me bill without considering advance payment. I received correct bill after argument.

Beachfront and photogenic thats all

The location of the resort was the highlight.. ie., its proximity and accessibility to the beach. The property as a whole was well kept and beautiful. The breakfast spread and quality were good.

The room cleaning should have been better. We had to request to get the room cleaned each day instead of the room getting cleaned daily (which is expected in a 4 Star hotel). Cab facilities offered were too expensive. If you cannot drive and would rely on cabs, then you could get looted in Goa. Goa Miles has cab facilities; however, there were private cab people at the gate of the resort, who would not allow (or create issues) if we call for Goa Miles cabs for travelling around Goa. Finally, given the access to beach, it would have been awesome, if the hotel also provided for sitting/sun bathing seats on the beach near the resort.
