The location is beautiful and only that is the good thing about the resort

The staff were extremely rude and very unfriendly. Not one person has a good warm welcoming smile or gesture, except for one guy from the front office. I guess his name was Amruth, he was the only smiling face in that entire resort. There was some construction work going on right next to our cottage and every morning we had to wake up for that irritating construction noise. There was absolutely no hot water in our cottage for the entire 4 days.

Perfect position for the beach, nice pool but small. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food was very good - we were half board so included lunch or dinner. Close to lots of other restaurants if you fancy a change.

Some issues with water supply when we were there. Along way fro. the airport so add a taxi ride at 3500 rupees and 90mins each way but worth it!

The location is simply fabulous.. right on the beach. The King fish fry was out of the world.

They need to do a lot more for housekeeping inside the rooms, especially for the amount that they change..it's not about things being old, but about things not being properly cleaned... maybe, people not well trained too

Over all we wasted money and time.. took not so good memories! More than half of the hotel was booked for wedding hence all common areas was fully occupied for all three day! There was no prior notification nor an acknowledgment, staff was still good but management is only behind the money! memories! Recommend!

unprofessional approach by not notifying that hotel is occupied I would have saved myself getting fooled.

Ambience, location 10/10

There was a wedding during my stay which I was never informed about. So all the tourists who stayed at the resort pretty much stayed in their rooms for the whole day as the wedding was taking place. No info was given in advance. I paid 16k for 1 night, It seemed like they just wanted money from all the sources. Very greedy. The food was ok. The room was also not as per the photos.
