Tranquil Beach Resort

The property is right on the beach. It is exactly as described in the photos. Very well maintained and clean. The staff is very polite, friendly and cooperative right from reception to kitchen staff. All your reasonable requests are immediately addressed. Food options are sufficient and are of good taste. Had taken the presidential suite and they are located right on the beach front with a private lawn. It is very spacious with all facilities in room - mini fridge, AC, TV with all OTT apps, Geyser (Hot water with good water flow which is difficult to get in most beach front properties), Cloth Hangers, Water containers, Closet, refreshments. The property is sufficiently lit with good lighting and is very spacious filled with greenery to go for a walk around. Has a play area, sunbath area, showers and cleaning area after you come from the beach. Property has some friendly dogs too not risky for children. Had ample parking space for cars and bikes and is easy to reach with boards directing you from the main road itself.

Not really anything to complain about. All the negative reviews you see are mostly people with unrealistic expectations and no consideration for the staff working. The kitchen and room service is limited with time for each meal and it is better to place the order early before you reach to eat to avoid delays in waiting. Staff do their best to get food served quickly. Sufficient food options are available but check before with the staff as not the whole menu is available all the time. Tea and Coffee should be made available throughout the day as it is only available in breakfast and snacks time now. The property has power voltage issues due to which AC cuts off frequently but it has to be acknowledged that it's a remote village and beach front so it is bound to happen. It is immediately backed up with enough generators and never faced power cuts for more than 30secs. No alcohol is available at the property nor anywhere nearby so if you need it plan it in advance and get it from nearby town.

The access to the beach from the resort is great for tourists.

Despite of the charges, the quality of the stay is not at par. We booked presidential suite but was totally not worth it. The air conditioners didnt work at all, room was not clean, there were no toiletries provided despite of charging us so much.

Awesome place in the middle of nowhere! For ones who want to connect with nature. Lots of green around, birds are singing, even a couple of monkeys were spotted. The beach is not the cleanest I’ve seen but it’s decent. There is a restaurant with amazing local food located on the territory of the resort. The huts are clean and cozy, with tremendous beds and own bathrooms. There is a small village with amazing sights located only several hundreds meters away

I gave 7 * for property, location, Dining and Value of money. Reducing 3 stars for inconvenience which my wife and I faced during check in. By the receptionist. He said that our Booking.com confirmed bookings were not found by him. I'd like to call the Booking.com customer representative to fix this. That's literally not so pleasant in our 1st year Marriage anniversary at all. Otherwise, I would recommend visiting this property once for sure.
