Tranquil Beach Resort

The resort is very close to the beach. The ambience is really good. The staff is welcoming and the food in the restaurant was good.

The prices could be a little less as per to the market study. It could be easily reduced considering the average income of common people.

Location of the house just beside beach for awesome. Each chalet design idea was good

- Bedsheets were not so clean - Blankets were dusty, we could not use - rooms were too cold even after not starting AC - No body picked up call when called for room service later - No soap n shampoo was provided - Cofee sachets were not enough - There were no normal tea sachets - I had 2 senior citizens with me who got freezed at night - Normally checkout time is around 12, but here checkout time was too early at 10:30am

It was not at all worth the money charged for ,the food was not worth what they are expecting, horrible quality and cheap way of serving butter and jam not at all hygienic .

I did not like the breakfast they are providing if they are charging so much the food provided should also have variety and quality. It's not at all 3 star they really need to upgrade

The food was exceptional. It has access to the cleanest virgin beach and the staff were really courteous.
