Food and swimming pool facilities were amazing.

Staff friendly and helpful xx clean and beds very comfortable

Lacking variety in breakfast ie same option every day but was lovely

Really lovely staff who couldn't do enough for you. Vivian in the breakfast service team was super helpful with my dietary needs as I cannot eat gluten. Food and drink prices are great and everything we had was lovely. Also loved the fact that the breakfast had a good selection of South Indian foods - dosa, uttapam, idli etc and fresh fruit and juice every morning.

Usual nonsense with local taxis not allowing Goa Miles taxis to pick up at the hotel. Music playlist around the pool was a bit repetitive. We never had a problem getting a sunbed when we wanted one but was a shame to see some Brits reserving beds with towels like they do elsewhere - if everyone just took a bed when they actually wanted to lie on it rather than being selfish there are plenty for everyone.

Rooms were okay. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was average. Not much options for international visitors

While the rooms were fine, the resort itself was very average. The location was not the best

Lovely staff . Good buffer breakfast. Good location . Excellent value for money. We have moved on to another hotel that we booked while back in the UK and it’s nowhere near as good wish we had stayed longer
