Somy Plaza Calangute Goa - Formerly Somy Resort

Paul at reception and Vivien in the restaurant were exceptional, along with the other restaurant and bar staff. We throughly enjoyed their company and our time there and we will be back with more friends and family! Thank you SoMy plaza for a fantastic experience!

The rooms and bathrooms are a little dated and could do with a refresh and renovation

Staffs were hospitable.Clean hotel. Easily accessible.Good food and ambience

I will suggest that lift could be accommodated in the premises.

I liked the space in the room. the washroom was good. there was a large dressing room with fridge, kettle, safe, luggage storage and clothes hanging space.

the "garden view" was unpleasant. we were overlooking a very busy thoroughfare/alleyway and the unkept garden of a family house where trench digging/building work was going on. the family lit a bonfire most nights which was very toxic smelling

Lovely pool, clean, friendly staff

Extremely noisy, next to the main road, could hear traffic all night, dogs barking, cleaners filling mop buckets up with water outside your room every night even at 12am dragging the bucket & banging about. Building work going on next door during the night. No lifts.

Clean hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing. Great place for families with children.
